On your toes!....

The day has come for us to decide on this cross road... a hangman finally appear today for YTL chart and I think it's only reasonable to see this sign...so take note for those who have bought YTL of late. Tomorrow's performance is like a traffic light signal, if it's green then stay on course... and if it's red, stop, cash out and wait for another signal to join the race.

For me irregardless of whether you're a long term or short term investors, it's only wise to maximize your money... it's not like everyday we can have the luxury to watch out for the signal right?...so get ready guys.

YTL charged up....

YTL has indeed live up to it's expectation... the stock closed at $8.45 yesterday exhibiting strong support from buyers... has the bull run reached it's end?...i think it's worth more to hold it for a little longer for traders while long term guy, let the ride begin...

You let me know if you think otherwise.

Can YTL stage a breakout?

From chart, YTL looks steady in heading to break the high of $8.15 again after the first attempt failed...the stock does manage to hit $8.20 during intra day few days ago... with the on-going share buy back program from YTL it might just make it easier for that to happen.
i believe it's just a matter of time(short term) for it's share price to burst above the high.

...fingers crossed... :)

YTL Corporation waiting to shine...

This stock really does not command much attention most of the time....it rise and consolidate behind the scene most of the time...current down time is the best time to accumulate solid quality stock like this one. With an estimate TP of about $11.00 this stock is greatly under value... For some small traders, you could opt for a place in it's smaller vehicles such as YTL-CA, YTL-CB and YTL-CC. For once the sun shines again, the ride will starts and those who did their homework will reap tremendous gain...

How far will YTL rise in 2007

With the proposed plan to build the KL-Singapore bullet train and the Sentul-Batu Caves high speed rail under the 9MP, YTL is share is definitely undervalued as compare to is peers....the bullet train projects is estimated to be around USD3bil....while the Sentul to BatuCaves link is bout USD160mil. YTL and it's 5 listed companies have a total combine market cap of about USD8.3bil....

Not to forget is YTL Corp also owns many unlisted assets which could definitely increase it's value if it decides to lists them particularly in Hong Kong or Singapore...:)

YTL Corp also owns indirect 100% of YTL Utilities which already have about a billion dolar project in hand and will contribute even more to its earnings through it susidiary Wessex Water which it owns 100% as well. It's power division will also contribute to it's earning significantly thanks to a bold venture by Tan Sri Francis Yeoh back in the 90s...

Furthermore, YTL corp owns about 74% of YTLe which recently has been awarded the Wimax license in Peninsular Malaysia...giving it an opportunity to be a fullfledge telco... few financial house even placed a target price of RM10.80 on YTL Corp...that is pretty optimistic, you might say but I believe that is achievable.

To invest or not?....you decide.
